SleepGuard ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data.
SleepGuard does NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly from users.
SleepGuard offers an optional subscription through Google Play.
All payments and subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Users can cancel or manage their subscription at any time via the 'Payments & subscriptions' menu in the Google Play Store app.
The App does not collect or store payment information such as credit card details.
The App may access subscription status information provided by Google Play solely to determine feature access.
All audio recordings are processed strictly on-device in real-time and stored locally. SleepGuard does not have any server infrastructure, ensuring your voice data never leaves your device.
SleepGuard does NOT store user data on external servers.
The data retention period can be configured within the app settings. Data is not automatically synced to any external system.
SleepGuard does NOT transmit, upload, or share user recordings or analysis data with remote servers.
No cloud storage is used.
SleepGuard does NOT sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
The App does NOT use advertising SDKs, analytics services, or external tracking tools.
SleepGuard requires microphone permission to detect sleep-related sounds.
The microphone is activated only when the user manually starts sleep detection.
Users can delete all stored recordings and analysis data at any time from:
Settings → Delete All Data
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
SleepGuard is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
While SleepGuard does not transmit data externally, we ensure that any data handling within the app follows standard secure protocols. We are committed to ensuring that your data is not shared with any third-party entities.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if app functionality changes. The Effective Date will be revised accordingly.

마이크는 사용자가 감지를 시작한 경우에만 활성화됩니다.
사용자는 다음 경로에서 언제든지 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다:
설정 → 전체 데이터 삭제
삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
SleepGuard는 데이터를 외부로 전송하지 않지만, 앱 내의 모든 데이터 처리는 표준 보안 프로토콜을 따릅니다. 사용자의 데이터는 어떠한 경우에도 제3자에게 공유되거나 제공되지 않습니다.
앱 기능 변경 시 본 정책은 수정될 수 있으며, 시행일이 갱신됩니다.
